Palm Beach Neighbourhood Centre is a multi-purpose centre which provides services & activities in response to the social, cultural, educational and welfare needs of the southern Gold Coast.
This service is available to minors under eighteen years of age and their parents /carers. The Palm Beach Neighbourhood Centre is funded to provide an initial consultation and up to six counselling sessions thereafter.
Supporting individuals transition to independent living through development of practical skills, improving financial literacy, employment, volunteering or housing opportunities.
