Whilst new Preps can join Vacation Care in January, please note that places are limited on incursion days. Additionally, for safety reasons, Preps will not be able to attend our Excursion days during January, so families will need to make alternative arrangements for these days. After School Care:2.45pm - 6.00 pm (during school term)
Vacation Care:6.30am - 6.00 pm (during school holidays)
Pupil Free Days:6.30am - 6.00 pm (on designated days)

Casual bookings:Before School Care: $31 / session After School Care: $38 / session Vacation Care: $67 + daily activity fee Other fees: Family Enrolment Fee: $30 per family upon initial enrolment Annual Administration Fee: $15 per family Non-booking Fee: $20 plus session fee Non-cancellation fee: $20 plus session fee Late collection fee: $30 for first 15 minutes + $2/min thereafter Cancellation Policy:Casual bookings: 24 hours prior to start of session will not incur a fee.Permanent bookings: 2 weeks notice to cancel/amend bookings.Vacation Care: 1 week prior to the start of the vacation care period. This date will be noted on the front page of the vacation care program, our newsletter and emails in the lead-up to vacation care. *Fees effective as of 02/09/2024

Step 2 Complete the information and tell us about you, your child and what bookings you are after.
Step 3If you have requested a permanent booking, we will come back to you and advise if we have a spot available for your child. If we can accommodate your request, we will send you a link to our enrolment. *Please note, we can't accept your child, until their enrolment has been completed and signed.
Looking for a Casual Day? Once your child is enrolled at our service, you can request a booking via the Home App. Click on the Bookings icon in the app, select the date, click (+) New at the top of the screen. Follow the prompts. In the comments field, you can write "May we book in my child for BSC or ASC?" We are then notified and can accept your request. If we are unable to accommodate your child we will advise as soon as possible.

Management Committee
A parent sub-committee supports the P&C as Licensee with the day to day running of the Currrumbin Kids Club. Members of the sub-committee must be members of the school P&C. The election of the sub-commitee is held at the OSHC meeting following the P&C AGM (generally in March). If you are interested in attending the next sub-committee meeting or becoming a member of the sub-committe and P&C , please contact the Coordinator or contact the P&C direct at pandc@currumbinss.eq.edu.au
